The environment means a great deal to us. Although we are a small  guesthouse we try to be as sustainable as possible and practice environmental friendly policies. There are recycling bins inside the hostel for those that want to recycle. We also try to keep our energy consumption levels at minimum (low consumption light bulbs, water management etc). Furthermore we use only ecological detergents (certified ecolabel products) for the needs of our place and all our organic waste ends up in our compost area where they stay until they are ready to be used as organic fertilizer. Overall we participate in the environmental groups of the island and we promote an alternative life-style with respect to nature and humans.
